The staff was so patient with me. My online order wasn't ready so they helped me cancel it and find the books I needed in store. The kind gentleman was working all day without a break and spent about 10 minutes helping me. I am so grateful they really helped ease my stress that day, even though he was having a hard day himself. That is the epitome of excellence.

Son is going here. Have been there three times for orientation, gathering, registration. I have a wonderful administration, lots of helpful staff and students. The dining hall is amazing as well as the stadium ( gave a large group of parents a view of vip lounge ( nice, but need to donate $1000 to use). So far, campus, student dorms, and other things ( like free laundry [probably included in tuition] ) are great in my opinion.

They’re system for buying books online isn’t good. I ordered my books online a week before classes were supposed to start. I was really hoping I could go pick them up in the morning before my classes on my first day, but they weren’t ready until today (5 days after classes started), despite the fact that when I ordered them, it said they had them all already in stock at the store. Then when I went to pick them up, I waited in the longest line of my life. I timed it, and I had to wait 45 minutes, just to pick up an online order that I had already paid for. Meanwhile, the line at the register was moving significantly faster. People went and just grabbed their books themselves, paid for them there at the register, and then left in a fraction of the time it took me to get my books. I will never order online again, next time I’m just going to go grab the books myself. Can’t remember the last time I waited in a line that long. Don’t order online, it won’t save you any time.

the price matching is a lie. Instead of giving a genuine price match they force students to pay their full price, and then they give a gift card for the difference in price. I do not personally like the setup of that at all because it is not a real price match. Everyone that was working there was very nice but in general this store is very expensive

Always has what you need and someone to help you out. Pro Tip: If you find your book on Amazon or Chegg for cheaper, the book store will match your price! They’ll put the difference in a gift card that you can use in the bookstore to buy other textbooks or supplies. I’ve gotten gift cards with $80 from a single book by doing this. It’s very helpful!
